On Mar 26 we had more than 30 leaders attending to WTC Business Coffee, discussing about Innovation for Small and Middle Market. The discussion had as speakers Adalberto Bem Haja (CEO of BHC Sistemas de Segurança Eletrônica), André Maluf (Business Director of Growth Sopa.ag) Miguel Lopes Filho (CIO LatAm at Motorola Solutions), Reynaldo Gama (Head of Corporate at Cubo Itaú) and Silvio Fernandes (Partner and Director at Five Forces Consulting). During the event the most used words by the attendants, when we talk about innovation barriers in the companies, were "conservatism" and "bureaucracy". We also discussed about Open Innovation models that are used or would be useful for implementing inside the companies and 42% believe in Corporate Events and 20,3% believe that Startups accelerators are better. Miguel Lopes also asked, teasing the attendants, "When was the last time that you were innovative?".
