WTC-SF facilitates FDI from China

SAN FRANCISCO, CA, USA - World Trade Center San Francisco has always emphasized on the importance of Foreign Direct Investment to accelerate growth in the economy. Due to Mr. Michael Mattox’s, CEO of World Trade Center San Francisco, strong relationships in the EB-5 industry and close ties with inbound investors, WTC-SF recently had the opportunity to help their client company “Si Chun Liuhe Forging Co. Ltd.” from China make an investment worth $11 million in United States.

Si Churn Liuhe Forging Co. Ltd. is a steel manufacturing company located in Jiangyou city of Sichuan province, which is an important special steel base of China. The company is known as one of the highly acknowledged steel manufacturers and is listed under the top 10 private enterprises by the local government of China. World Trade Center San Francisco facilitated the deal and assisted Si Chun Liuhe in negotiating with Consarc, an inductotherm group company located in New Jersey.

Si Churn Liuhe consulted WTC-SF to assist them in the process of finding and negotiating a deal with an established equipment manufacturer in United States. The equipment, bought by Si Churn Liuhe, will be exported to China and used to manufacture quality products and anticipate the company’s future demand. WTC-SF stands by its mission to expand opportunity in the market place and build relationships in order to strengthen the world economy.
