NOIDA, INDIA - Yet another milestone conquered by WTC Noida when Ms. Khair Ull Nissa, Executive Director of WTC Noida and VERBIND-its trade services arm; met with Mr. Davie Luo, President, Shanghai Foreign Investment Development Board & Mr. Jiang Min, Director of Shanghai Foreign Investment Development Board (INVEST SHANGHAI) for closer trade and investment cooperation between the two countries. Dedicated to facilitate foreign investment in India, WTC Noida and VERBIND together are significant while acting as a channel for two-way investments and trade ties between regions.

Along with various crucial deliberations that took place in the meeting; a Memorandum of Understanding was discussed and agreed upon by the Invest Shanghai officials to commemorate their commitment which both the organizations hold in promotion of trade and business. Mr. Jiang Min assured their assistance to provide trade information and trade facilitation for Indian companies in Shanghai as well as local business matchmaking through various forums and exchange of delegations that are to be held. He also assured to share trade information and about facilitating investors willing to invest in India. Furthermore, he came on board to actively take part in evolving Smart Cities projects as well as act as an incubator for Gujarat GIFT city startups.

Advancing the commitment towards promoting bilateral trade ties and cooperation; Invest Shanghai will act as a key holistic partner of WTC Noida and VERBIND in bolstering and stimulating two-way trade and business opportunities between both sides.
