WTC Moscow and REC Sign Agreement on Cooperation

MOSCOW, RUSSIA - World Trade Center Moscow signed an agreement on cooperation with Russian Export Center (REC) on November 8th, 2016 in the framework of the "Made in Russia" International Export Forum, which was held in the WTC Moscow Congress Center.

The main purpose of the agreement is to develop a long-term effective and mutually beneficial cooperation in the field of information-based promotion of the Russian non-resource exports.

REC and WTC Moscow together will form and promote joint programs, organize and carry out joint practical and thematic business events in the field of international trade and development of export activities. In addition, the two companies plan joint development and promotion of information resources, mutual information support, exchange of information and analytical materials and rendering of mutual expertise and consulting assistance. Moreover, the centers cooperation will be aimed at mutual promotion of companies through the network of partners and projects, as well as joint development and implementation of educational projects.

"World Trade Center Moscow is not just an infrastructure, we are infrastructure integrated into the international World Trade Centers Association network”, said WTC Moscow Director General Vladimir Strashko. “In the framework of this network, which embraces approximately 325 World Trade Centers in almost 90 countries, on reciprocal conditions we render each other services, primarily information: private business requests, support in promotion of goods on the internal and external markets," he added.

In turn, the Head of REC, Petr Fradkov emphasized that the experience of World Trade Center Moscow is very important to them and that they will be pleased to use it in the framework of this cooperation.
