International Business Forum of Property

MOSCOW, RUSSIA - World Trade Center Moscow (WTC Moscow), together with the International Real Estate Federation (FIABCI) are organizing an International Business Forum of Property (IBFP-2017) "RUSSIA FOR INVESTORS – INVESTORS FOR RUSSIA", on June 20–22, 2017 in the Congress Center of WTC Moscow.

The IBFP -2017 will be the first Forum in Russia on real estate sector. It indicates a growing interest of foreign investors towards Russian market. In terms of structure, IBFP resembles the European largest and most representative investment exhibition in the real estate sector - MIPIM. In the framework of the Forum Russian and foreign experts from different real estate and construction sectors will demonstrate latest technologies and achievements in the industry. A three-day event will give the participants an opportunity to exchange experience and ideas, find partners and conclude deals. The international component of IBFP-2017 will be presented by the largest investors, developers and experts in real estate from more than 20 countries of the world, in particular: France, Germany, Italy, Spain, China, Cyprus, India, UAE , etc.

The Forum will consist of three thematic blocks: "Invest-bridges", devoted to the cooperation between the Russian and foreign businesses, "Investments – regional aspect", devoted to regional investments and "Investment environment", where the participants will have an opportunity to get acquainted with the tools required for successful implementation of the investment projects in the real estate sector. The Forum will be launched with a Kick-off session: “Global markets’ prospects and role of Russia on the investment map of the world”.

Third day of the Forum will be dedicated to educational programs. The top experts from different countries will conduct a series of trainings for professionals in real estate while the industry leaders will share their experience. The key training activity will be a four-hour networking conference “Investment colloquium” that will run in a non-stop format (how to find an appropriate investor, foreign partner, to raise funds into the project).
