H.E. Bapak Hermono visits WTCKL

KUALA LUMPUR, November 2020: Dato Sri’ Dr Irmohizam bin Ibrahim, Executive Director of World Trade Centre Kuala Lumpur (WTCKL) warmly welcomes H.E. Bapak Hermono and the delegates from the Embassy of the Republic of Indonesia in Malaysia to WTCKL.

Dato Sri’ Dr Irmohizam bin Ibrahim took the opportunity of showing H.E. Bapak Hermono and the delegates around the newly refurbished WTCKL including the upgraded Dewan Merdeka.

This is H.E. Bapak Hermono’s first courtesy visit since he arrived in Malaysia a month ago as the newly appointed Ambassador of the Embassy of the Republic of Indonesia in Malaysia.

Datuk Seri Akhil bin Bulat (Board of Director of WTCKL), En Yusri bin Junos (CEO of WTCKL), En Fauzy bin Wahab (COO of WTCKL) and other members of WTCKL were also present during H.E. Bapak Hermono’s visit to WTCKL.

Previously, H.E. Bapak Hermono served as the Deputy Chief of Mission to the Embassy of the Republic of Indonesia in Malaysia before being appointed as the Indonesian Ambassador in Spain. After two years of being in Spain, H.E. Bapak Hermono came back to Malaysia now serving as the Indonesian Ambassador here.

Dato’ Sri Dr Irmohizam stated that it was with great pleasure to have H.E. Bapak Hermono and the delegates over at WTCKL. He hopes that this bond will flourish wonderfully and once the borders are opened, tourists from Indonesia can come and visit Malaysia.

It is also with confidence that this connection would also enhance the Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Exhibitions (MICE) industry in both Malaysia and Indonesia.
