An in-person Design Thinking bootcamp was organized by World Trade Center Kochi with Mr. Krishna Kumar, CEO, Green Pepper as the faculty. The one-day program helped the participants to grasp the design thinking process and how to use it to create innovative products and design services. Mr. Krishna Kumar through various group activities and prototyping session explained how a consumer-focused product/ service can be developed effectively through the design thinking methodology. He stressed how an empathetic design and customer centricity is vital for value creation and value delivery. The workshop conducted at Four Points by Sheraton, Infopark included Technology professionals, entrepreneurs, marketers, academicians, team leaders, and CXOs.
