WTC Jaipur: seminar on e-way bill & export finance

Jaipur, Rajasthan | WTC Jaipur in association with Amity Business School hosted a seminar on Intersection of Export Marketing, Trade Finance & e-Way Bills at Amity University, Jaipur.

Mr Kishan Gupta from Gravita India Ltd, one the largest lead producers in India threw light upon the challenges in International Marketing and shared the success journey of Gravita India to become leading player globally in Lead & Lead Products with environment friendly processes. Mr Gupta stressed upon the active role and policy support the government of India offers for the sector they operate in and motivated the students to start their export venture.

 

Mr. Pulkit Khandelwal a Chartered Accountant by profession explained GST, its implications on business, crucial aspects and forthcoming requirement of e-way bills.

 

Professor (Dr) Arun Patil, Pro Vice-Chancellor and Pro President of Amity University Rajasthan, India, who prior to this, Director of Postgraduate Coursework Studies and Director of Deakin Engineering Education Research (DEER) in the School of Engineering, Deakin University, Australia chaired the seminar . Mr Patil said “Amity university imparts modern, practical and research-based courses whose goal is to make the students industry-ready. Case studies, industry projects, presentations, research work and role-play form an integral part of a student's tenure at Amity.” He further added the university is looking forward for strong industry engagement and strengthening relationship with WTC Jaipur for furthering Industry and academia collaboration to produce feasible outcomes in Research, trade promotion, Trainings ,policy matters and Trade related activities. He said there is ample scope where both the institutions can collaborate in the areas of research , consulting and case studies development .

 

The seminar was attended by more than 250 academicians students and financial advisors.
