ISTANBUL, TURKEY - The 83rd Global Congress of UFI (Global Association of the Exhibition Industry) took place in Shanghai, China this year on November 9-12, 2016.

This important event is organized in different countries every year. The 83rd UFI Global Congress has opened its doors along with the participation of 600 delegates from 50 different countries. The CEOs of the major exhibition, venue owners-exhibition organizers, young leaders and international experts who have participated in this outstanding organization have exchanged ideas how to run business and realize projects in today’s fast changing exhibition industry.

The annual meetings of UFI, which World Trade Center Istanbul also takes part in on its board of directors, are the useful platforms where industry professionals get together and discuss the global problems of the industry. New developments and main trends are brought to the attention by the participants.

The organization is enriched with the activities such as board meetings, committee meetings, seminars, a symposium, gala dinner etc… World Trade Center Istanbul participants have exchanged their views with other delegates by also expressing their thoughts on different subjects.
