COLOGNE, GERMANY - UFI, the International Association of Exhibition Industry, has offered a 4-day training program in conjunction with University of Koeln and Koeln Messe, under the title “Customer Journey –Touring the Trade Fair Touchpoints”.

The training took place at Koeln Messe headquarters on June 7-10, 2016. 31 participants from 12 countries attended the program.

WTC Istanbul delegation also had the chance to view the fairgrounds of Koeln Messe, which is the 6th biggest in the world.
