VERBIND the trade services arm of WTC Noida, WTC GIFT CITY and WTC Chandigarh facilitated the participation of WTC Noida, WTC GIFT CITY and WTC Chandigarh at the prestigious Bahrain Property Expo from 2nd November -6th November 2017. India has great trade and economic relations with GCC countries and Bahrain is one of the countries where Indian Diaspora is significant.
The event also provided a platform to showcase great investment opportunities in the burgeoning Indian economy and strengthen India and Bahrain Economic relations. India and Bahrain have had economic and trade relations for over several centuries; these relations received fresh impetus from the oil boom of the early seventies. Relative prosperity and higher standard of living in Bahrain boosted global imports of goods and services, including from India. Bahrain Government's policy of industrial diversification also played an important role in enhancing economic cooperation between India and Bahrain. More than anything else, new job opportunities attracted a large number of Indian expatriates to Bahrain. Bahrain serves as the gateway to the GCC market because of its location.
The participation of WTC Noida, WTC GIFT CITY and WTC Chandigarh is an outcome of the meeting which Mrs. Khair Ull Nissa Sheikh, Executive Director of VERBIND and WTC Noida had with H.E. Maram al Saleh, Bahrain Embassy official a few months back. VERBIND the trade services arm of WTC Noida, WTC GIFT CITY and WTC Chandigarh is committed towards promotion of trade and strengthening trade relations with other regions of the world.
