WTC Gift city - Momentum towards delivery

Gujarat International Finance Tec-City (GIFT) is a financial and technology gateway of India. It is located on the banks of the river Sabarmati and connects Business capital (Ahmedabad) and Political capital (Gandhinagar) of the state.

GIFT City, a vertical city that optimizes land area consumption for development is spread across 886 acres of land with 62 million sq. ft. of built-up area. It is just 15 KMs from the Ahmedabad international airport and 8 Kms from Gandhinagar.

GIFT City consists of conducive multi-service SEZ (Special Economic Zone) and an exclusive Domestic Area. India’s first International Financial Services Centre (IFSC) is setup in GIFT City. Focus on integrated development (office, residential, and institutional) and smart, sustainable & green architecture makes it a ‘Walk to Work’ city.

World Trade Center in GIFT City includes 4 towers (3 commercial towers containing office space and 1 tower containing WTC STUDIO). The 4 towers have varying skyline - low-rise tower A (G+6), high-rise tower B (G+27), high-rise tower C (G+17), and low-rise tower D (G+6) . The total project is spanning over 1.35 million sq.ft. Of SBUA (Super Built-up Area). As a part of the WTC tower’s construction work, one of the biggest raft foundations was cast in city of Gujarat.

Tower A is expected to be operational soon and WTC investors are elated to take the possession of Tower A of WTC GIFT City.

World Trade Canter GIFT City is expected to be a hub for export-oriented, financial, and allied services covering all major parts of Gujarat through the Hub & Spoke model. It would also connect businesses around 343 locations worldwide, promote SMEs (Small & Medium Enterprises) & large corporates and also host various services offered by WTCA to the corporate houses. This will eventually provide great impetus to the state’s economic activities.
