Training Description

Ensuring that the message of your product or service is reaching your international audience is essential to any international strategy. However, your domestic approach may not suffice in international markets. Our instructors will take you through the key points of bringing your message global through traditional and digital marketing.

Martín Capella, Garritz International - Martín is the Managing Director at Garritz International (USA Office). Garritz International is a data driven global boutique programmatic house. Angelica Bahl, MSU Denver - Dr. Angelica Bahl is a Professor of Marketing at the College of Business at Metropolitan State University of Denver (MSU Denver). Dr. Bahl has over thirty years of teaching and research experience in higher education, including undergraduate and MBA programs. After earning her degree in Master of Art in Economics from Russian University, Professor Bahl has completed a Ph.D. degree in Economics with a concentration in Marketing. She has extensive experience in international business, Angelica served as the Marketing Director at the commercial bank in Russia. She completed the business program and received the certification of "Marketing in Japanese Corporations."  

Dr. Bahl has published more than thirty refereed conference proceedings and journal articles, including international publications. Her refereed journal articles have appeared in journals such as Management and Marketing, Interdisciplinary Journal of Research in Business, International Journal of Business and Social Science, Young Consumers, and Journal for Global Business Advancement. Over the past 30 years, her research has focused on international marketing, consumer and technology, creativity in business, and marketing education. Dr. Bahl has been a reviewer of the best papers at international conferences. 

Dr. Angelica Bahl is a visiting professor in several foreign universities, such as the SYMBIOSIS Institute of Management Studies (SIMS) in India; the Plekhanov University of Economics in Russia; the Far Eastern Federal University in Russia; the University of Guadalajara in Mexico. Dr. Bahl has been a board member of the World Trade Center in Denver and consults many Colorado companies. 

Dr. Bahl is career-focused and also very active in her personal life. Her personal interests include travel, and spending time in the mountains for hiking, fishing, and other outdoor activities.  

Training Hours

This training counts for 4 hours towards the Certificate in International Trade.
