An online session on “What it takes to Grow and be Visible in your Organization” was conducted in association with National Institute of Personnel Management (NIPM Madras Chapter) and Export Promotion Council for EOUs and SEZs (EPCES) Bengaluru.

Ms. Payal Nanjiani, world renowned executive coach and leadership expert was the speaker. Ms. Nanjiani listed three qualities of a leader – how effectively you can manage yourself, how you manage your thought process and leverage it to your advantage and how quickly you can upgrade and change your behaviour so that you can adopt to a complex and ever evolving workplace.

Ms. Nanjiani stressed on the importance of growing professionally in ways that it is visible. She also spoke about the importance of a growth plan. She gave various ways to improve visibility through certain laws of intentionality, MVP, difference, action, vision, maximization, and experimentation. She also took a few questions from the participants.

Mr. Vivek George, Sr. Manager, World Trade Center; Mr. T.A. Mathew Gunaseelan, Secretary, NIPM Madras Chapter and Mr. Poovaiah IRS, Regional Director, EPCES Bengaluru also spoke.
