World Trade Center Chennai joined hands with the Kochi Chapter of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India to conduct a webinar on the latest changes in Insider Trading Regulation, including Case Laws. Mr. Mithun B Shenoy, Chairman Kochi Chapter opened the session with a welcome address. Mr. Vivek George , WTC made initial remarks and introduced the speaker. This was followed by the detailed presentation by Mr. Amit Bhasin, Executive VP & Head (Legal), Marico Ltd. He spoke about the various aspect around this subject and how this activity is impacting the integrity of capital markets. The session concluded with the vote of thanks by CS Nikhil George Pinto, Secretary, Kochi Chapter.
