A certified online workshop “Managing and engaging effective Meetings” was conducted by World Trade Center Chennai. Mr. Rakesh Gopinathan, Founder, WowRakesh Academy was the speaker. The meeting included participants from mid and senior levels from various organizations across different industries.

Mr. Rakesh spoke about the various aspects of conducting a meeting such as agenda, objective, ideal strength & duration, intent, meeting style etc. Meetings should have a standardized ‘recurring’ agendas which would give the participants value. The interactive session had the participants discussing their queries in depth with the speaker and other participants. He also gave examples of various task managing tools to review actionable items.
