The first World Trade Center (WTC) to be Cali began to dawn in the north of the city and later this year will open its first stage.

This world center of business and commerce will be a key to the business community of the region tool, in the face of free trade and the Pacific Alliance.

And no wonder, for their service portfolio comprises information markets, ease of integration and exchanges, contacts and business meetings, consulting and training, conferences, fairs and exhibitions, international missions, club services and rental temporary offices, among others.

For its part, the U.S. Eric Dahl, CEO of the Global Organization WTCA (entity that gave the endorsement to Cali WTC), said its worldwide network of institutional platforms and services, WTCA is useful for institutions and leaders of many entities cities of the world towards achieving the strengthening process of entrepreneurship, innovation and production patterns.
A comprehensive scenario

The WTC Cali license is exclusive right under which the group structuring, development and construction, consisting of the Group and construction Civiscorp Alps Davero Colpatria and build components that must have the WTC, by global rules.

A total of four components: (Pacific Mall) shopping center, international hotel (Hyatt Hotel), medical center and shopping complex (Corporate).

The work generates about 1,500 direct and indirect jobs during construction, as well as a significant number during operation. The first phase of the project will be delivered later this year and the second in the second half of 2015.

Apart from the aforementioned brands as Hyatt Hotels, the WTC will feature Falabella and Cinemark, among others. Similarly, it will provide a modern physical infrastructure business and commercial services.
