Seminar on Credit Insurance: International Trade

World Trade Center Bhubaneswar in association with Export Credit Guarantee Corporation, Govt of India conducted a seminar on Credit Insurance for International Trade. 

The Seminar focused on providing insights on export credit insurance to Indian Exporters by protecting them against the risk of non payment of foreign buyers under Short, Medium and Long Term trade. 

Mr Suman Jena,Branch Head ECGC Bhubaneswar addressed the audience about the benefits of Credit Insurance in enhancing their capital management with a business expansion in future. 

Also present on the occasion Mr Sandeep Kr Nayak, Assistant General Manager, State Bank of India, International Business Divisionbriefed about the role of banks in providing Line of Credits and other benefits to exporters. 

Mr Rajen Padhi, Founder, EXIM Consultancy in his address provided insights on the role of various export development councils and boards. While highlighting the  regulatory provisions of export procedures he also shared the details about the reformations in export documentation and taxation filing systems.

Ms. Nimeshika Natarajan, Assistant Director, WTC Bhubaneswar concluded the seminar by inviting more exporters to take the benefits of this Insurance Covers and how WTC Bhubaneswar has been pivotal in providing international business linkages to the Export Community round the globe.
