World Trade Center Bengaluru organised a Seminar on – “Annual Returns, Judicial Interventions and Dispute Resolution Scheme”on 2nd August 2019. The speakers of this talk were Mr. P M Prabhakaran, Mr. Siddharth Bhatt and Mr. Vishwanath from Lakshmikumaran & Sridharan. The talk was attended by participants from across various organisations in Karnataka.

The objective of the seminar was to:
• Provide insights about the GST Annual returns
• Discuss aspects of Judicial interventions in GST Law
• Details about the Sabka Vishwas scheme (Legacy Dispute Resolution)
