The Orion Mall at Brigade Gateway successfully recently hosted Korea Fair in Bengaluru. The 5-day event was done in association with the Korea Trade Investment Promotion Agency (KOTRA Bengaluru). His Excellency, Mr Chang Jae-bok, Ambassador of Korea in India inaugurated the event. The fair promoted and acquainted visitors with the colorful facets of Korean culture and cuisine and alongside promoted a few Korean products in India.

A dinner meeting was also hosted for the Ambassador by Ms. Nirupa Shankar, Executive Director- Brigade Group along with Mr. Vineet Verma, MD-WTC Bengaluru.

The fair provided an immersive cultural experience with high-energy live performances including a K-Pop flash mob dance, pulsating percussion traditional music performance: Salmunori, and an incredible taekwondo martial arts performance. Visitors also had the opportunity to savour and appreciate a variety of popular Korean dishes that appeal to the Indian palate. The event concluded on 10th July 2022.
