Asunción, Paraguay- On June 15th, the second edition of “WTC Asunción Welcomes the World”, the Argentinian embassy in Paraguay showcased two of their country’s most emblematic icons. Tango, with an outstanding performance of dancers, musicians and an exposition of paintings by various artists, with “Tango” as their main subject of inspiration. Fine wine, was represented by the country’s quintessential wine strain, Malbec.

The event had more than 150 people sharing a unique cultural experience. The Argentinian ambassador in Paraguay, Eduardo Zuain, gave a very informational speech about the history of trade, economic and cultural issues between Argentina and its neighbor country.
Proximity between Argentina and Paraguay creates the kind of fluid bilateral exchange that brings dynamic economic integration, and the realization that common growth can be accomplished.
