ROGERS, AR, USA - On September 23rd, members of the Singapore Economic Development Board (EDB) visited the World Trade Center Arkansas. The EDB is the lead government agency that plans and executes economic strategies that enhance Singapore’s position as a global hub for business, investment, and talent. Ow Kai Onn, the Regional Director for the Americas, and Stephanie Chen, the Centre Director for the Houston office, met with Boon Tan, Senior Director of Global Trade Strategy at the WTC Arkansas, to discuss future collaborations. 

After a quick tour of the WTC Arkansas office, Tan discussed the potential relationship between WTC Arkansas and EDB. The WTC Arkansas is hoping to participate in the Singapore Airshow in February. The Singapore Airshow is the largest airshow in the Asia region. SEDB also met with Andrew Barker of TruTrack and Neil Carey of Simmons Foods.
