NAVI MUMBAI, INDIA - WTC Navi Mumbai Advisor, Mr. Jayant Ghate, was  Special Guest of Honour at an International Conference organised by RADAV College on 01st Oct 2016. The conference was attended by nearly 150 representative from academia as well as industries & government organizations. The theme was " Globalization & Changes in Technology & Employment"

Mr. Ghate made a presentation on "Globalization & WTCs" & highlighted the role played by WTCA & WTCs network in promoting its mission "Prosperity thru Trade & Investment" and how it leads to creation of employment opportunities. He also explained how WTC Navi Mumbai is evolving in terms of its service activities. 

During the plenary session chaired by Mr Ghate, he touched upon important current developments in globalization such as India's Global competitiveness, implications of Britain exiting European Union, development of BRICS group, as well as importance of E-commerce in Trade.

Other guest speakers at the conference among others included Mr. Ujjwal Uke(IAS) Principal Secretary to the Govt of Maharashtra & Dr. R Gopal of DYPUSM.
