On July 12, 2022, the first Beijing Urban Regeneration Forum and the launching ceremony of the Beijing Urban Regeneration Alliance was held in Beijing. Leaders from the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of P.R.C. and the Beijing Municipal Government attended and meeting and delivered opening remarks. More than 100 people attended the Forum. 

As one of the first members of the Alliance, China WTC (Beijing) attended the Forum, promoted the CWTC Business District Renovation Project as a key urban regeneration project, and signed an MOU with Chaoyang District Government. 

CWTC Business District Renovation Project will focus on the CWTC Constellation project while promoting the overall upgrade of the 1.12 million square meters’ CWTC Business District in the coming 2–5 years through a series of renovation, to make itself a new international consumption landmark in the capital city and a model in Beijing urban business district renovation sector.
