Women@WTCA Community Meeting

Join us for the next Women@WTCA community gathering, held in recognition of the International Day of Women in Diplomacy.

This session's topic is on Building Influence Authentically.  

Influence isn't always tied to a title. Often, it's built through the way we communicate our ideas, develop relationships, and show up consistently over time.

Join Melissa Martinez (WTC Santo Domingo), Alicia Sanchez (WTC Baltimore) and Mei Ting (WTC Kuala Lumpur)  for a deconstructed panel conversation exploring how to build influence while staying true to your values. Through real-world experiences and practical insights, they will share strategies for establishing credibility, expanding your network, and making your contributions visible.

Participants will then have the opportunity to put these lessons into practice through small-group breakout sessions and a guided pitch exercise. Worksheets and take-home resources will be provided to help you apply these insights within your own teams and organizations.
