Handicrafts constitute a major source of livelihood for the artisans in Goa and flourishes in the semi-urban and rural areas. The scheduled two day mini exhibition will bring out the varied products that the artisans are proficient in and will include, items made of bamboo, coir, coconut and textiles. The different types of clothes that they make which are tapestry of color and design will bring out the essence of the vibrant Goan culture and at the same time present a platform to the artisans to showcase their produce to a wide gamut of business and general visitors who will grace the corridors of the event with the ultimate goal of enhancing he business potential of the artisans or to look for alternative styles and design that would complement their personal wardrobes or living spaces.
