The 17th annual API Summit will occur in Cape Town on 17 & 18 September 2026. Established as Africa’s most influential gathering of property investors, developers, and leaders, this year's forum, including the Africa Proptech Forum and API Hospitality Forums, will take place at the CTICC (Cape Town International Convention Centre) across the road from The Westin.

This is a unique opportunity to reconnect and establish networks with over 525+ investors, developers, and prominent figures in the property industry from over 32+ African and international countries.
