The World Trade Center Algiers organized for the second time " Algeria. Tourism Awards/ ATA» ceremony; under the patronage of the Minister of Tourism and Crafts , a ceremony that aims to bring together leaders of the tourism industry and key government representatives  to support efforts claiming the recovery of the sector and move towards more resilient, inclusive environment and offering a sustainable future by highlighting  ALGERIA's destination . After the success of the 1st edition, the WTCAlgiers comesback with this second edition  to recognize the efforts and highlight the initiatives developed in Algeria in the tourism sector, in terms of solidarity for the struggle against the spread of COVID-19 or for the recovery of tourism supply and services Sustainability given that 2021 has been a difficult year for the sector due in particular to the health crisis. 

The deliberations of the members of the jury; who participated in the selection and

nomination of candidates, resulted in the award of 12 Trophies 

 presented during a solemn ceremony on Wednesday 06 -04-2022 at the CIC

- Algiers, in the presence of government representatives  to reward the Algeriantourism elite-  for the efforts made through a wide range of categories including:

Solidarity, Hotel Investments, Start-up, promotional video, report

video, art book and tourist guide .

The main objective of highlighting the winners is to contribute to the gradually build an eco-system for the establishment of a real industry .

This ceremony will undoubtedly help to register the tourism sector

as a decisive and unavoidable element of local economic diversification .
